Framework Act on the Construction Industry, Article 20 (Restrictions on Transfer of Construction Businesses)

건설사업자는 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하면 건설업을 양도할 수 없다. 다만, 제17조제4항 후단에 해당되어 건설업을 양도하여야 하는 경우에는 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하더라도 양도할 수 있다. <개정 2019.4.30>
