건설산업기본법 제70조(위원회의 구성)

Framework Act on the Construction Industry, Article 70 (Composition of the Committee)

① 위원회는 위원장 1명과 부위원장 1명을 포함한 15명 이내의 위원으로 구성한다.

③ 위원회의 위원장은 국토교통부장관이 위원 중에서 임명하고, 부위원장은 위원회가 위원 중에서 선출한다. <개정 2013.8.6>

④ 공무원이 아닌 위원의 임기는 3년으로 하되, 연임할 수 있다.

⑤ 보궐위원의 임기는 전임자 임기의 남은 기간으로 한다.
