건설산업기본법 제78조의2(시효의 중단)

Framework Act on the Construction Industry, Article 78-2 (Interruption of Prescription)

① 제69조제3항에 따른 조정의 신청은 시효중단의 효력이 있다. 다만, 그 신청이 취하되거나 조정의 거부 또는 조정이 중지된 때에는 그러하지 아니하다.

② 제1항 본문에 따라 중단된 시효는 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우 새로 진행한다.

1. 제78조제3항에 따라 조정서를 작성하고, 위원장과 각 당사자가 이에 서명 또는 기명날인한 경우
