Enforcement Decree of the Building Act, Article 110-6 (Support for Building Agreements)
법 제77조의4제1항제4호에 따른 건축협정인가권자가 법 제77조의11제2항에 따라 건축협정구역 안의 주거환경개선을 위한 사업비용을 지원하려는 경우에는 법 제77조의4제1항 및 제2항에 따라 건축협정을 체결한 자(이하 "협정체결자"라 한다) 또는 법 제77조의5제1항에 따른 건축협정운영회(이하 "건축협정운영회"라 한다)의 대표자에게 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함된 사업계획서를 요구할 수 있다.
Where the authority approving building agreements under Article 77-4 (1) 4 of the Act intends to provide support for the costs of projects to improve the residential environment within a building agreement zone under Article 77-11 (2) of the Act, it may require the persons who have concluded the building agreement under Article 77-4 (1) and (2) of the Act (hereinafter referred to as "parties to the agreement") or the representative of the building agreement operating committee under Article 77-5 (1) of the Act (hereinafter referred to as "building agreement operating committee") to submit a project plan containing the following matters:
