Enforcement Decree of the Building Act, Article 15-2 (Extension of the Period of Retention of Temporary Buildings)

① 특별자치시장ㆍ특별자치도지사 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 법 제20조에 따른 가설건축물의 존치기간 만료일 30일 전까지 해당 가설건축물의 건축주에게 다음 각 호의 사항을 알려야 한다. <개정 2014.10.14, 2016.6.30>
