건축법 제77조의14(건축협정 집중구역 지정 등)

① 건축협정인가권자는 건축협정의 효율적인 체결을 통한 도시의 기능 및 미관의 증진을 위하여 제77조의4제1항 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 지역 및 구역의 전체 또는 일부를 건축협정 집중구역으로 지정할 수 있다.

② 건축협정인가권자는 제1항에 따라 건축협정 집중구역을 지정하는 경우에는 미리 다음 각 호의 사항에 대하여 건축협정인가권자가 두는 건축위원회의 심의를 거쳐야 한다.

③ 제1항에 따른 건축협정 집중구역의 지정 또는 변경ㆍ해제에 관하여는 제77조의6제3항을 준용한다.

④ 건축협정 집중구역 내의 건축협정이 제2항 각 호에 관한 심의내용에 부합하는 경우에는 제77조의6제1항에 따른 건축위원회의 심의를 생략할 수 있다.
