건축법 제82조(권한의 위임과 위탁)

① 국토교통부장관은 이 법에 따른 권한의 일부를 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 시ㆍ도지사에게 위임할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23>

② 시ㆍ도지사는 이 법에 따른 권한의 일부를 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 시장(행정시의 시장을 포함하며, 이하 이 조에서 같다)ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장에게 위임할 수 있다.

③ 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 이 법에 따른 권한의 일부를 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 구청장(자치구가 아닌 구의 구청장을 말한다)ㆍ동장ㆍ읍장 또는 면장에게 위임할 수 있다.

④ 국토교통부장관은 제31조제1항과 제32조제1항에 따라 건축허가 업무 등을 효율적으로 처리하기 위하여 구축하는 전자정보처리 시스템의 운영을 대통령령으로 정하는 기관 또는 단체에 위탁할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23>
