고등교육법 시행령 제72조(학교의 폐쇄)

학교설립자는 교육부장관이 법 제62조의 규정에 의하여 학교의 폐쇄를 명한 때에는 당해 명령을 받은 날부터 3월이내에 재학생과 학교기본재산의 처리상황을 기재한 서류와 학적부를 각각 교육부장관에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2001.1.29, 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23>
