고등교육법 제13조(학생의 징계)

① 학교의 장은 교육을 위하여 필요하면 법령과 학칙으로 정하는 바에 따라 학생을 징계할 수 있다. <개정 2021.3.23>

② 학교의 장은 학생을 징계하려면 그 학생에게 의견을 진술할 기회를 주는 등 적절한 절차를 거쳐야 한다.
