고등교육법 제59조의11(규제특례의 관리 및 감독 등)

① 교육부장관과 관계 행정기관의 장은 제59조의10제7항에 따라 규제특례를 부여받아 시행하는 시책 등을 공동으로 관리ㆍ감독한다.

② 관계 행정기관의 장은 제59조의10제9항에 따른 규제특례 적용기간의 만료 전에 해당 규제특례의 근거가 되는 법령 정비를 시작하여야 한다.

③ 규제특례를 부여받은 특성화 지방대학의 장 또는 시ㆍ도지사는 규제특례의 근거가 되는 법령이 마련된 경우 지체 없이 그 법령에 따라야 한다.

④ 교육부장관은 제59조의10제1항에 따라 규제특례를 신청한 특성화 지방대학의 장 또는 시ㆍ도지사의 요청에 따라 규제특례의 내용을 변경할 수 있다. 이 경우 대통령령으로 정하는 경미한 사항을 변경하는 경우를 제외하고는 제59조의10에 따른 절차를 거쳐야 한다.

In인 such서치 cases,케이시즈 except익셉트 for^f포 changes체인지즈 to투 minor마이너 matters매터즈 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 Presidential프^r레저덴실 Decree,디크^r리 the^ð더 procedures프^r러시저즈 under언더 Article아터클 59-10 shall섈 be비 followed.^f팔로드

⑤ 교육부장관은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우 직접 또는 제59조의10제1항에 따라 규제특례를 신청한 특성화 지방대학의 장 또는 시ㆍ도지사의 요청에 따라 규제특례의 적용을 취소할 수 있다.

⑥ 제5항에 따라 규제특례의 적용이 취소된 특성화 지방대학의 장 또는 시ㆍ도지사는 해당 규제특례 사항을 계속해서 적용하여서는 아니 된다.

⑦ 그 밖에 규제특례의 관리ㆍ감독 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
