고용보험법 시행령 제10조(피보험자 이름 등의 변경 신고)

①사업주는 피보험자의 이름이나 주민등록번호가 변경되거나 정정되었을 때에는 변경일이나 정정일부터 14일 이내에 고용노동부장관에게 신고하여야 한다. <개정 2010.7.12, 2012.1.13>

② 법 제113조의2제1항 후단에 따른 보장기관 또는 위탁기관은 같은 항 후단에 따른 수급자가 「국민기초생활 보장법」 제8조제2항에 따른 생계급여 수급권자인 수급자(이하 이 조에서 "수급권자인 수급자"라 한다)에서 그 밖의 수급자로 변경되거나 그 밖의 수급자에서 수급권자인 수급자로 변경된 경우에는 그 변경일부터 14일 이내에 고용노동부장관에게 신고하여야 한다. <신설 2012.1.13, 2017.6.27>
