Enforcement Decree of the Employment Insurance Act, Article 11-2 (Criteria for Acquiring Insured Status)

① 법 제18조제1항에 따라 보험관계가 성립되어 있는 둘 이상의 사업에 동시에 고용되어 있는 근로자는 다음 각 호의 순서에 따라 피보험자격을 취득한다. 다만, 일용근로자와 일용근로자가 아닌 근로자로 동시에 고용되어 있는 경우에는 일용근로자가 아닌 근로자로 고용된 사업에서 우선적으로 피보험자격을 취득한다.
