고용보험법 시행령 제131조(위원의 임기)

① 심사위원회 위원의 임기는 3년으로 하되, 연임할 수 있다.

② 위원이 궐위된 경우 보궐위원의 임기는 전임자 임기의 남은 기간으로 한다. 다만, 상임위원(위원장을 포함한다)이 궐위된 경우 보궐위원의 임기는 새로 시작한다.

③ 위원은 제1항에 따른 임기가 만료된 경우에도 후임자가 위촉될 때까지 그 직무를 수행할 수 있다.
