직업안정기관의 장 또는 근로복지공단이 원처분등을 하거나 심사관이 제97조제2항에 따라 결정서의 정본을 송부하는 경우에는 그 상대방 또는 심사청구인에게 원처분등 또는 결정에 관하여 심사 또는 재심사를 청구할 수 있는지의 여부, 청구하는 경우의 경유(經由) 절차 및 청구 기간을 알려야 한다. <개정 2019.1.15>
