고용상 연령차별금지 및 고령자고용촉진에 관한 법률 시행령 제14조의5(재취업지원서비스 실시의 위탁)
Enforcement Decree of the Act on Prohibition of Age Discrimination in Employment and Aged Employment Promotion, Article 14-5 (Entrustment of Re-employment Support Services)
사업주가 법 제21조의3제3항에 따라 같은 조 제2항에 따른 재취업지원서비스(제14조의4제1항제1호부터 제3호까지의 규정에 따른 재취업지원서비스만 해당한다)를 위탁하여 실시하려는 경우 그 수탁단체 또는 수탁기관은 법 제21조의3제3항 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 단체 또는 기관으로서 다음 각 호의 구분에 따른 요건을 갖춘 단체 또는 기관으로 한다.
Where a business owner intends to entrust the re-employment support services under Article 21-3 (2) of the Act (limited to the re-employment support services under Article 14-4 (1) 1 through 3) under paragraph (3) of the same Article, the entrusted organization or institution shall be an organization or institution that falls under any of the subparagraphs of Article 21-3 (3) of the Act and meets the following requirements for each category:
1. 제14조의4제1항제1호ㆍ제2호에 따른 재취업지원서비스: 고용노동부장관이 정하여 고시하는 직업ㆍ진로 상담 분야의 자격이나 근무 경력이 있는 인력과 개인별 상담 공간을 갖추고 있을 것
1. Re-employment support services under Article 14-4 (1) 1 and 2: it shall have personnel with qualifications or work experience in vocational and career counseling, as determined and publicly notified by the Minister of Employment and Labor, and space for individual counseling;
2. 제14조의4제1항제3호에 따른 재취업지원서비스: 고용노동부장관이 정하여 고시하는 교육훈련 경력이 있는 인력을 갖추고 있을 것
2. Re-employment support services under Article 14-4 (1) 3: it shall have personnel with experience in education and training, as determined and publicly notified by the Minister of Employment and Labor.
