공공기관의 정보공개에 관한 법률 시행령 제10조(관계 기관 및 부서 간의 협조)

① 정보공개 청구업무를 처리하는 부서는 관계 기관 또는 다른 부서의 협조가 필요할 때에는 정보공개 청구서를 접수한 후 처리기간의 범위에서 회신기간을 분명히 밝혀 협조를 요청하여야 한다.

② 제1항에 따라 협조를 요청받은 기관 또는 부서는 그 회신기간 내에 회신하여야 한다.
