공공기관의 정보공개에 관한 법률 시행령 제12조(정보공개 일시의 통지 등)

① 공공기관은 정보의 공개를 결정하였을 때(제3자의 비공개 요청에도 불구하고 법 제21조제2항에 따라 공개 결정을 한 경우는 제외한다)에는 공개를 결정한 날부터 10일 이내의 범위에서 공개 일시를 정하여 청구인에게 통지하여야 한다. 다만, 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 공개 일시를 달리 정할 수 있다. <개정 2016.12.13>

② 공공기관은 제1항제2호의 경우에는 청구인이 비용을 전부 납부한 날부터 5일 이내에 정보를 공개하여야 한다. <신설 2016.12.13>

③ 법 제13조제3항에 따라 정보를 일정 기간별로 나누어 제공하거나 사본ㆍ복제물의 교부 또는 열람과 병행하여 제공하는 경우에는 청구인으로 하여금 먼저 열람하게 한 후 사본ㆍ복제물을 제공하되, 특별한 사정이 없으면 2개월 이내에 제공을 마쳐야 한다. <개정 2016.12.13, 2021.6.22>

④ 공공기관은 제1항에 따라 통지한 공개일 후 10일이 지날 때까지 청구인이 정당한 사유 없이 그 정보의 공개에 응하지 아니하였을 때에는 내부적으로 종결 처리할 수 있다. <개정 2016.12.13>
