공공기관의 정보공개에 관한 법률 제21조(제3자의 비공개 요청 등)

① 제11조제3항에 따라 공개 청구된 사실을 통지받은 제3자는 그 통지를 받은 날부터 3일 이내에 해당 공공기관에 대하여 자신과 관련된 정보를 공개하지 아니할 것을 요청할 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따른 비공개 요청에도 불구하고 공공기관이 공개 결정을 할 때에는 공개 결정 이유와 공개 실시일을 분명히 밝혀 지체 없이 문서로 통지하여야 하며, 제3자는 해당 공공기관에 문서로 이의신청을 하거나 행정심판 또는 행정소송을 제기할 수 있다. 이 경우 이의신청은 통지를 받은 날부터 7일 이내에 하여야 한다.

③ 공공기관은 제2항에 따른 공개 결정일과 공개 실시일 사이에 최소한 30일의 간격을 두어야 한다.
