공소청법 제8조(검사의 이의제기권)

① 검사는 구체적 사건과 관련된 제7조의 지휘ㆍ감독의 적법성 또는 정당성에 대하여 이견이 있는 경우에는 이의를 제기할 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따라 이의를 제기한 검사에게 이의제기를 이유로 불이익한 처분이나 대우를 하여서는 아니 된다.
