공익신고자 보호법 시행령 제11조의3(이의신청 및 재조사ㆍ재수사 요구 등)

① 공익신고자는 법 제9조제7항에 따라 이의신청을 하려는 경우에는 조사결과 또는 수사결과의 요지를 통지받은 날부터 7일 이내에 이의신청의 취지 및 이유를 적고 관련 자료를 첨부한 서면으로 해야 한다. <개정 2021.10.19>

② 위원회는 법 제9조제8항에 따라 조사기관등에 재조사ㆍ재수사를 요구하는 경우에는 다음 각 호의 구분에 따른 기간 이내에 해야 한다. <개정 2021.10.19>

③ 위원회는 제1항에 따른 이의신청을 받은 날부터 60일 이내에 제2항제2호에 따라 재조사ㆍ재수사를 요구하였는지 여부 등 이의신청에 대한 처리결과를 공익신고자에게 통지하여야 한다.
