공익신고자 보호법 시행령 제17조의2(보호조치결정의 이행 점검)

위원회는 법 제20조제5항에 따라 해당 보호조치결정 이후 2년 동안 6개월마다 불이익조치를 한 자(불이익조치를 한 자가 소속된 기관ㆍ단체ㆍ기업 등을 포함한다) 및 보호조치를 신청한 사람에 대하여 보호조치 이행 여부 및 추가적인 불이익조치의 발생 여부를 점검ㆍ확인하여야 한다.
