공익신고자 보호법 시행령 제25조(보상금의 지급시기)

① 보상금은 법 제26조제1항 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 부과 등의 절차에 따라 공공기관에 직접적인 수입의 회복 또는 증대를 가져오거나 그에 관한 법률관계가 확정된 후에 지급한다. 이 경우 그 부과 등에 대한 이의 제기기간이 지나지 아니하였거나 불복 구제절차가 진행 중일 때에는 그 기간 및 절차가 끝난 후에 지급한다. <개정 2023.6.13, 2023.12.19>

② 제1항에도 불구하고 법 제26조의2 단서 및 이 영 제23조제2항에 따라 보상금의 일부만 우선 지급하도록 결정하는 경우에는 그 결정에 따라 지급한다. <신설 2023.12.19, 2024.7.30>
