공인중개사법 시행령 제15조(분사무소의 설치)

①법 제13조제3항에 따른 분사무소는 주된 사무소의 소재지가 속한 시(구가 설치되지 아니한 시와 특별자치도의 행정시를 말한다. 이하 이 조에서 같다)ㆍ군ㆍ구를 제외한 시ㆍ군ㆍ구별로 설치하되, 시ㆍ군ㆍ구별로 1개소를 초과할 수 없다. <개정 2008.9.10>

②제1항의 규정에 따른 분사무소에는 공인중개사를 책임자로 두어야 한다. 다만, 다른 법률의 규정에 따라 중개업을 할 수 있는 법인의 분사무소인 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.

③법 제13조제3항에 따라 분사무소의 설치신고를 하려는 자는 국토교통부령으로 정하는 분사무소설치신고서에 다음 각 호의 서류를 첨부하여 주된 사무소의 소재지를 관할하는 등록관청에 제출하여야 한다. 이 경우 등록관청은 법 제5조제2항에 따라 공인중개사 자격증을 발급한 시ㆍ도지사에게 분사무소 책임자의 공인중개사 자격 확인을 요청하여야 하고, 「전자정부법」 제36조제1항에 따른 행정정보의 공동이용을 통하여 법인 등기사항증명서를 확인하여야 한다. <개정 2006.6.12, 2008.2.29, 2008.9.10, 2010.5.4, 2010.11.2, 2011.3.15, 2012.6.29, 2013.3.23>
