공인중개사법 시행령 제36조의2(포상금)

①법 제46조제1항의 규정에 따른 포상금은 1건당 50만원으로 한다.

②제1항의 규정에 따른 포상금은 법 제46조제1항 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자가 행정기관에 의하여 발각되기 전에 등록관청이나 수사기관에 신고 또는 고발한 자에게 그 신고 또는 고발사건에 대하여 검사가 공소제기 또는 기소유예의 결정을 한 경우에 한하여 지급한다.

③법 제46조제2항의 규정에 따라 포상금의 지급에 소요되는 비용 중 국고에서 보조할 수 있는 비율은 100분의 50이내로 한다.
