공직선거법 제210조(선거와 관련있는 정당활동의 규제에 관한 특례)

동시선거에 있어서 제9장 선거와 관련있는 정당활동의 규제의 적용에 있어서 기준이 되는 선거는 동시에 실시하는 선거의 수에 불구하고 하나의 선거를 기준으로 하되, 임기만료에 의한 선거와 제35조(補闕選擧 등의 選擧日)제2항 및 제3항의 보궐선거 등이나 제36조(延期된 選擧 등의 選擧日)의 연기된 선거를 동시에 실시하는 경우에는 임기만료에 의한 선거를 기준으로 하고, 제35조제2항 및 제3항의 규정에 의한 보궐선거 등을 동시에 실시하는 때의 "그 선거의 실시사유가 확정된 때"는 "동시에 실시하는 보궐선거 등 가운데 최초로 그 선거의 실시사유가 확정된 보궐선거 등의 실시사유가 확정된 때"로 본다.
