제218조의4부터 제218조의11까지의 규정에도 불구하고 대통령의 궐위로 인한 선거 또는 재선거를 실시하는 경우에 재외선거인 등록신청기한과 국외부재자 신고기간 등은 다음 각 호에 따른다. 이 경우 재외선거인명부등에 대한 열람과 이의신청을 위한 기간은 따로 두지 아니한다. <개정 2015.12.24>
