공직선거법 제218조의16(재외선거의 투표방법)

① 재외선거의 투표는 제159조 본문에 따른 기표에 의한 방법으로 한다. <개정 2015.8.13>

③ 제218조의13제1항에 따라 재외선거인명부등에 등재된 사람이 재외투표소에서 투표를 하지 아니하고 귀국한 때에는 선거일 전 8일부터 선거일까지 주소지 또는 최종 주소지(최종 주소지가 없는 사람은 등록기준지를 말한다)를 관할하는 구ㆍ시ㆍ군선거관리위원회에 신고한 후 선거일에 해당 선거관리위원회가 지정하는 투표소에서 투표할 수 있다. <개정 2015.8.13, 2023.3.29>
