공직선거법 제23조(자치구ㆍ시ㆍ군의회의 의원정수)

①시ㆍ도별 자치구ㆍ시ㆍ군의회 의원의 총정수는 별표 3과 같이 하며, 자치구ㆍ시ㆍ군의회의 의원정수는 당해 시ㆍ도의 총정수 범위 내에서 제24조의3의 규정에 따른 당해 시ㆍ도의 자치구ㆍ시ㆍ군의원선거구획정위원회가 자치구ㆍ시ㆍ군의 인구와 지역대표성을 고려하여 중앙선거관리위원회규칙이 정하는 기준에 따라 정한다. <개정 2015.6.19>

②자치구ㆍ시ㆍ군의회의 최소정수는 7인으로 한다.

③비례대표자치구ㆍ시ㆍ군의원정수는 자치구ㆍ시ㆍ군의원 정수의 100분의 10으로 한다. 이 경우 단수는 1로 본다.
