공직선거법 제24조의3(자치구ㆍ시ㆍ군의원선거구획정위원회)

① 자치구ㆍ시ㆍ군의원지역선거구(이하 "자치구ㆍ시ㆍ군의원지역구"라 한다)의 공정한 획정을 위하여 시ㆍ도에 자치구ㆍ시ㆍ군의원선거구획정위원회를 둔다.

(1) For^f포 the^ð더 fair^f페어 demarcation디마케이션 of어^v브 local로우클 constituencies컨스티추언시즈 for^f포 autonomous오타너머스 Gu/Si/Gun구 council카운슬 members멤버즈 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 "autonomous오타너머스 Gu/Si/Gun구 council카운슬 constituencies"),컨스티추언시즈 an앤 Autonomous오타너머스 Gu/Si/Gun구 Council카운슬 Constituency컨스티추언시 Demarcation디마케이션 Commission커미션 shall섈 be비 established이스태블리시트 in인 each이치 Si/Do.시

② 자치구ㆍ시ㆍ군의원선거구획정위원회는 11명 이내의 위원으로 구성하되, 학계ㆍ법조계ㆍ언론계ㆍ시민단체와 시ㆍ도의회 및 시ㆍ도선거관리위원회가 추천하는 사람 중에서 시ㆍ도지사가 위촉하여야 한다.

③ 지방의회의원 및 정당의 당원은 자치구ㆍ시ㆍ군의원선거구획정위원회의 위원이 될 수 없다.

④ 자치구ㆍ시ㆍ군의원선거구획정위원회는 선거구획정안을 마련함에 있어서 국회에 의석을 가진 정당과 해당 자치구ㆍ시ㆍ군의 의회 및 장에 대하여 의견진술의 기회를 부여하여야 한다.

⑤ 자치구ㆍ시ㆍ군의원선거구획정위원회는 제26조제2항에 규정된 기준에 따라 선거구획정안을 마련하고, 그 이유나 그 밖의 필요한 사항을 기재한 보고서를 첨부하여 임기만료에 따른 자치구ㆍ시ㆍ군의원선거의 선거일 전 6개월까지 시ㆍ도지사에게 제출하여야 한다.

(5) An앤 Autonomous오타너머스 Gu/Si/Gun구 Council카운슬 Constituency컨스티추언시 Demarcation디마케이션 Commission커미션 shall섈 prepare프^r리페어 a어 constituency컨스티추언시 demarcation디마케이션 plan플랜 according어코딩 to투 the^ð더 standards스탠더즈 in인 Article아터클 26 (2), and앤드 shall섈 submit서브밋 it잇 to투 the^ð더 Mayor/Do메이어 Governor,거^v버너 together터게^ð더 with위^ð드 a어 report^r리포트 stating스테이팅 the^ð더 reasons^r리즌즈 and앤드 other어^ð더 necessary네서세^r리 matters,매터즈 at앳 least리스트 six식스 months먼^θ쓰 before비^f포 the^ð디 election일렉션 day데이 of어^v브 an앤 autonomous오타너머스 Gu/Si/Gun구 council카운슬 election일렉션 held헬드 upon어판 expiration엑스퍼^r레이션 of어^v브 the^ð더 term텀 of어^v브 office.오^f피스

⑥ 시ㆍ도의회가 자치구ㆍ시ㆍ군의원지역구에 관한 조례를 개정하는 때에는 자치구ㆍ시ㆍ군의원선거구획정위원회의 선거구획정안을 존중하여야 한다.

⑦ 제24조제8항 및 제9항은 자치구ㆍ시ㆍ군의원선거구획정위원회에 관하여 이를 준용한다.

⑧ 자치구ㆍ시ㆍ군의원선거구획정위원회의 구성 및 운영, 그 밖에 필요한 사항은 중앙선거관리위원회규칙으로 정한다. <개정 2015.12.24>
