공직선거법 제9조(공무원의 중립의무 등)

①공무원 기타 정치적 중립을 지켜야 하는 자(기관ㆍ단체를 포함한다)는 선거에 대한 부당한 영향력의 행사 기타 선거결과에 영향을 미치는 행위를 하여서는 아니된다.

②군검사 또는 사법경찰관리(군사법경찰관리를 포함한다)은 이 법의 규정에 위반한 행위가 있다고 인정되는 때에는 신속ㆍ공정하게 단속ㆍ수사를 하여야 한다. <개정 2006.2.21, 2016.1.6, 2020.12.22, 2026.8.4>
