관세법 시행령 제1조의4(기한의 계산)

①법 제8조제3항에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 날"이란 금융기관(한국은행 국고대리점 및 국고수납대리점인 금융기관에 한한다. 이하 같다) 또는 체신관서의 휴무, 그 밖에 부득이한 사유로 인하여 정상적인 관세의 납부가 곤란하다고 관세청장이 정하는 날을 말한다. <개정 2007.4.5, 2011.4.1, 2012.2.2>

②정전, 프로그램의 오류, 한국은행(그 대리점을 포함한다) 또는 체신관서의 정보처리장치의 비정상적인 가동이나 그 밖에 관세청장이 정하는 사유로 법 제327조에 따른 국가관세종합정보시스템, 연계정보통신망 또는 전산처리설비의 가동이 정지되어 법에 따른 신고ㆍ신청ㆍ승인ㆍ허가ㆍ수리ㆍ교부ㆍ통지ㆍ통고ㆍ납부 등을 기한까지 할 수 없게 된 때에는 법 제8조제4항에 따라 해당 국가관세종합정보시스템, 연계정보통신망 또는 전산처리설비의 장애가 복구된 날의 다음 날을 기한으로 한다. <개정 2002.12.30, 2009.2.4, 2021.2.17, 2024.2.29>
