관세법 시행령 제285조의5(전자문서중계사업자의 지정절차)

①법 제327조의3제1항에 따른 전자문서중계사업자의 지정을 받고자 하는 자는 관세청장이 정하는 서류를 갖추어 관세청장에게 신청하여야 한다. 지정을 받은 전자문서중계사업자가 지정받은 사항을 변경하고자 할 때에도 또한 같다. <개정 2009.2.4>

②관세청장은 법 제327조의3제1항에 따라 지정을 한 때에는 당해 신청인에게 지정증을 교부하고, 그 사실을 관계행정기관의 장 및 관세업무 관련기관의 장에게 통지하여야 한다. <개정 2009.2.4>
