관세법 제151조의2(국경출입차량의 국내운행차량으로의 전환 등)

국경출입차량을 국내에서만 운행하는 차량(이하 "국내운행차량"이라 한다)으로 전환하거나 국내운행차량을 국경출입차량으로 전환하려는 경우에는 통관역장 또는 도로차량의 운전자는 세관장의 승인을 받아야 한다. 다만, 재정경제부령으로 정하는 차량의 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다. <개정 2025.10.1>
