관세법 제157조의2(수입신고수리물품의 반출)

관세청장이 정하는 보세구역에 반입되어 수입신고가 수리된 물품의 화주 또는 반입자는 제177조에도 불구하고 그 수입신고 수리일부터 15일 이내에 해당 물품을 보세구역으로부터 반출하여야 한다. 다만, 외국물품을 장치하는 데에 방해가 되지 아니하는 것으로 인정되어 세관장으로부터 해당 반출기간의 연장승인을 받았을 때에는 그러하지 아니하다.
