관세법 제209조(통고)

① 세관장은 제208조제1항에 따라 외국물품을 매각하려면 관세청장이 정하는 바에 따라 그 화주등에게 통고일부터 1개월 내에 해당 물품을 수출ㆍ수입 또는 반송할 것을 통고하여야 한다. <개정 2022.12.31, 2024.12.31>

② 화주등이 분명하지 아니하거나 그 소재가 분명하지 아니하여 제1항에 따른 통고를 할 수 없을 때에는 공고로 이를 갈음할 수 있다.
