관세법 제264조의5(과세자료의 수집에 관한 협조)

① 관세청장 또는 세관장으로부터 제264조의3에 따른 과세자료의 제출을 요청받은 기관 등의 장은 다른 법령에 특별한 제한이 있는 경우 등 정당한 사유가 없으면 이에 협조하여야 한다.

② 관세청장 또는 세관장은 제264조의3에 따른 자료 외의 자료로서 관세의 부과ㆍ징수 및 통관을 위하여 필요한 경우에는 해당 자료를 보유하고 있는 과세자료제출기관의 장에게 그 자료의 수집에 협조하여 줄 것을 요청할 수 있다.
