관세법 제267조(무기등의 휴대 및 사용)

① 관세청장이나 세관장은 직무를 집행하기 위하여 필요하다고 인정될 때에는 그 소속 공무원에게 「경찰관 직무집행법」 제10조 및 제10조의2부터 제10조의4까지에 따른 장비, 장구, 분사기 및 무기(이하 이 조에서 "무기등"이라 한다)를 휴대하게 할 수 있다. <개정 2017.12.19, 2024.12.31>
