관세법 제266조의2(위치정보의 수집)

① 관세청장이나 세관장은 제241조제1항 및 제2항을 위반하여 수입하는 마약류등의 위치정보를 수집할 수 있다. <개정 2025.12.23>

② 제1항에 따라 수집된 위치정보의 저장ㆍ보호ㆍ이용 및 파기 등에 관한 사항은 「위치정보의 보호 및 이용 등에 관한 법률」을 따른다.

③ 제1항에 따른 위치정보 수집대상 물품의 구체적인 범위와 방법, 절차 등에 관하여 필요한 사항은 관세청장이 정한다.
