Customs Act, Article 85 (Standards for Applying Tariff Classification)

① 재정경제부장관은 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 품목분류를 적용하는 데에 필요한 기준을 정할 수 있다. <개정 2010.12.30, 2014.12.23, 2025.10.1>
