Enforcement Decree of the Special Act on the Improvement of Teachers' Status and the Protection of Their Educational Activities, Article 16 (Exclusion, Challenge, and Recusal of Members of Regional Teachers' Rights Protection Committee, etc.)

① 지역교권보호위원회가 법 제18조제2항제2호 및 제3호에 관한 심의ㆍ의결을 하는 경우 위원의 제척ㆍ기피 및 회피에 관하여는 제13조를 준용한다.

② 지역교권보호위원회 위촉위원의 해촉에 관하여는 제14조를 준용한다.
