교원의 지위 향상 및 교육활동 보호를 위한 특별법 제13조(교원지위향상심의회의 설치)

① 제11조제1항에 따른 교섭ㆍ협의 과정에서 당사자로부터 교섭ㆍ협의 사항에 관한 심의요청이 있는 경우 이를 심의하기 위하여 교육부와 시ㆍ도에 각각 교원지위향상심의회를 두되 교육부는 7명 이내, 시ㆍ도는 5명 이내의 위원으로 구성한다. 다만, 위원장을 제외한 위원의 2분의 1은 교원단체가 추천한 사람으로 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2016.2.3>

② 교원지위향상심의회의 운영과 위원의 자격 및 선임에 관하여 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
