Enforcement Decree of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents, Article 2 (Scope of Ordinary Expenses for Medical Treatment to Be Paid First)

①법 제4조제2항에 따라 우선 지급해야 할 치료비에 관한 통상비용의 범위는 다음 각 호와 같다. <개정 2021.1.5>

②치료비에 관한 통상비용의 계산에 있어서 피해자가 외국에서 치료를 받은 경우의 제1항 각호의 비용은 국내의료기관에서 동일한 치료를 하는 경우 그에 상당한 비용으로 한다. 다만, 국내의료기관에서 치료가 불가능하여 외국에서 치료를 받은 경우에는 그에 소요되는 비용으로 한다.
