국가공무원법 제13조(소청인의 진술권)

① 소청심사위원회가 소청 사건을 심사할 때에는 대통령령등으로 정하는 바에 따라 소청인 또는 제76조제1항 후단에 따른 대리인에게 진술 기회를 주어야 한다. <개정 2015.5.18>

② 제1항에 따른 진술 기회를 주지 아니한 결정은 무효로 한다.
