국가배상법 시행령 제13조(사무직원)

①심의회에 그 사무를 담당하게 하기 위하여 간사와 서기 약간인을 둔다.

③간사는 위원장의 명에 의하여 심의회의 사무를 처리하고 심의회에 출석하여 발언할 수 있다.
