국가인권위원회법 제37조(질문ㆍ검사권)

① 위원회는 제36조의 조사에 필요한 자료 등이 있는 곳 또는 관계인에 관하여 파악하려면 그 내용을 알고 있다고 믿을 만한 상당한 이유가 있는 사람에게 질문하거나 그 내용을 포함하고 있다고 믿을 만한 상당한 이유가 있는 서류와 그 밖의 물건을 검사할 수 있다.

② 제1항의 경우에는 제36조제5항부터 제7항까지를 준용한다.
