국가인권위원회법 제49조의4(전자적 송달 등)

① 위원회(제41조에 따른 조정위원회를 포함한다. 이하 이 조에서 같다)는 진정의 당사자, 관계인 또는 관계 기관에 대하여 전산정보처리시스템 및 그와 연계된 정보통신망을 이용하여 이 법 및 위원회 규칙에 따른 각종 문서의 송달 또는 통지(이하 "전자적 송달등"이라 한다)를 할 수 있다. 다만, 진정의 당사자, 관계인 또는 관계 기관이 이에 동의하지 아니하는 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.

② 전자적 송달등은 송달 또는 통지할 문서를 전산정보처리시스템에 등재하고 그 사실을 송달 또는 통지받을 자에게 전자적 방식으로 알리는 방법으로 한다.

③ 전자적 송달등은 서면으로 한 것과 같은 효력을 가진다.

(3) Electronic일렉트^r라닉 service,서^v비스 etc.엣세터^r러 shall섈 have해^v브 the^ð더 same세임 effect이^f펙트 as애즈 service서^v비스 or오 notice노우티스 in인 writing.^r라이팅

④ 전자적 송달등은 송달 또는 통지받을 자가 제2항에 따라 등재된 문서를 확인한 때에 송달 또는 통지된 것으로 본다. 다만, 제2항에 따라 그 등재 사실을 알린 날부터 14일 이내에 확인하지 아니하였을 때에는 등재 사실을 알린 날부터 14일이 지난 날에 송달 또는 통지된 것으로 본다.

However,하우에^v버 where웨어 the^ð더 person퍼슨 has해즈 not낫 checked첵트 it잇 within위^ð딘 14 days데이즈 from^f프^r럼 the^ð더 date데잇 on안 which위치 the^ð더 posting포우스팅 was워즈 announced어나운스트 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (2), it잇 shall섈 be비 deemed딤드 to투 have해^v브 been빈 served서^v브드 or오 notified노우터^f파이드 on안 the^ð더 day데이 after애^f프터 14 days데이즈 have해^v브 passed패스트 from^f프^r럼 that^ð댓 date.데잇

⑤ 전자적 송달등의 구체적인 방법과 그 밖에 필요한 사항은 위원회 규칙으로 정한다.

(5) The^ð더 specific스퍼시^f픽 methods메^θ써즈 of어^v브 electronic일렉트^r라닉 service,서^v비스 etc.엣세터^r러 and앤드 other어^ð더 necessary네서세^r리 matters매터즈 shall섈 be비 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 the^ð더 Commission's커미션즈 rules.^r룰즈
