National Human Rights Commission of Korea Act, Article 8-2 (Exemption of Commissioners from Liability)
위원은 위원회나 제12조에 따른 상임위원회 또는 소위원회에서 직무상 행한 발언과 의결에 관하여 고의 또는 과실이 없으면 민사상 또는 형사상의 책임을 지지 아니한다.
Commissioners shall not bear civil or criminal liability for statements made and votes cast in the course of their duties at the Commission, or at the standing committee or a subcommittee under Article 12, unless they acted intentionally or negligently.
