국민건강보험법 시행령 제15조(재정운영위원회의 운영)

① 재정운영위원회의 회의는 정기회의와 임시회의로 구분한다.

② 정기회의는 매년 1회 정관으로 정하는 시기에 재정운영위원회의 위원장이 소집한다.

(2) Regular^r레귤러 meetings미팅즈 shall섈 be비 convened컨^v빈드 by바이 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 Finance^f퍼낸스 Management매너지먼트 Committee커미티 once원스 a어 year이어 at앳 a어 time타임 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 the^ð디 articles아터클즈 of어^v브 incorporation.인코퍼^r레이션

③ 임시회의는 공단 이사장 또는 재적위원 3분의 1 이상이 요구할 때 또는 재정운영위원회의 위원장이 필요하다고 인정할 때에 위원장이 소집한다.

④ 재정운영위원회의 위원장은 재정운영위원회 회의의 의장이 되며, 회의는 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의하고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

(4) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 Finance^f퍼낸스 Management매너지먼트 Committee커미티 shall섈 preside프^r리자이드 over오우^v버 its잇츠 meetings.미팅즈 A어 meeting미팅 shall섈 be비 opened오우픈드 with위^ð드 the^ð디 attendance어텐든스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 all올 the^ð더 members,멤버즈 and앤드 decisions디시전즈 shall섈 be비 made메이드 with위^ð드 the^ð디 approval어프^r루^v블 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 present.프^r레전트

⑤ 재정운영위원회의 회의 소집 절차 등 재정운영위원회 운영에 필요한 그 밖의 사항은 공단의 정관으로 정한다.
