국민건강보험법 시행령 제17조의2(재난적의료비 지원사업에 대한 출연 금액의 상한)

법 제39조의2에 따라 공단이 「재난적의료비 지원에 관한 법률」에 따른 재난적의료비 지원사업에 출연하는 금액의 상한은 전전년도 보험료 수입액의 1천분의 1로 한다.
