Enforcement Decree of the National Health Insurance Act, Article 23 (Additional Benefits)

① 법 제50조에 따른 부가급여는 임신ㆍ출산(유산 및 사산을 포함한다. 이하 같다) 진료비로 한다. <개정 2017.9.19>

② 제1항에 따른 임신ㆍ출산 진료비 지원 대상은 다음 각 호와 같다. <개정 2018.12.24, 2021.6.29>

(2) Persons퍼슨즈 eligible엘러저블 for^f포 support서포트 for^f포 pregnancy프^r레그넌시 and앤드 childbirth차일드버^θ스 medical메더클 expenses익스펜시즈 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1) are아 as애즈 follows:^f팔로즈

1. 임신ㆍ출산한 가입자 또는 피부양자

1. A어 subscriber서브스크^r라이버 or오 dependent디펜던트 who후 is이즈 or오 has해즈 been빈 pregnant프^r레그넌트 or오 has해즈 given기^v븐 birth;버^θ스

2. 2세 미만인 가입자 또는 피부양자(이하 "2세 미만 영유아"라 한다)의 법정대리인(출산한 가입자 또는 피부양자가 사망한 경우에 한정한다)

④ 이용권을 발급받으려는 사람(이하 이 조에서 "신청인"이라 한다)은 보건복지부령으로 정하는 발급 신청서에 제2항 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당한다는 사실을 확인할 수 있는 증명서를 첨부해 공단에 제출해야 한다. <개정 2018.12.24>

⑤ 제4항에 따라 이용권 발급 신청을 받은 공단은 신청인이 제2항 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는지를 확인한 후 신청인에게 이용권을 발급해야 한다. <개정 2018.12.24>
